This is our grazing menu, we do not offer traditional appetizer or entrée portions.  All of our portions are grazer portions.  Grazer portions that are larger than an appetizer yet smaller than an entrée.  We offer a three, four, or five-course grazer.  Our menu is a list of what we call 'Matisse Plates'.  A three-course affords you any two of these plates along with American coffee or tea and dessert for sixty dollars a person.  The four-course is three Matisse Plates along with American coffee or tea and dessert for seventy-five dollars.  And the five-course is four savory and one sweet for ninety-five dollars per person.
