A “BYOB” restaurant, Matisse 167 offers a four-course Prix-Fixe Menu frequently updated by Chef Peter to showcase the finest quality local and seasonal ingredients.
Menu offerings are freshly prepared each evening for confirmed patrons under Chef’s personal supervision.

Peter Loria, Chef Owner, has been successfully operating restaurants for more than three decades. Having embarked on his culinary career in the kitchen of Bouley and while working closely with esteemed Chef David Bouley, Chef Peter quickly received critical acclaim for his inventive cuisine featuring a superlative focus on the purity of each ingredient.
